World's Scariest Drug (Documentary Exclusive) Devils Breath

Believe what you like, but from what I read was the Dark Knight gun man James Holmes was on this drug when he went on his shooting spree.
Look it up.
I find drugs interesting, in my younger years I experimented with less harmful drugs like weed and shrooms, natural stuff. I loved the mind expansion and the wild visuals I got from mushrooms...
but that was my limit, I was not interested in going into hard stuff and chemicals.
This devils breath looks insane...

Marjoe (1972)

WOW... this is freaky as hell...

The 1972 documentary Marjoe, in which an atheist and unbelieving Pentecostal revival preacher exposes on camera the tricks of his trade. This version of Marjoe is available as a single file, inclusive of the last four minutes and the title credits, which is missing from the other YouTube video which is also titled 'Moejoe.' The picture quality on this version is also noticably better than that version.

RiP: A Remix Manifesto

Todays movie choice... "RIP : A remix manifesto"
I found this interesting, and the debate about what is fair, what is right, what is wrong could go on and on.
My biggest issue is the corporate world who know nothing about the art.  I for one still buy music, because I really do not have many ways to support my favorite artist other then this way. Or if and when I can go to a concert or buy the Tshirt I will.
I will not go out and buy say PUBLIC ENEMYS "Yo... bum the show" album from the 80s. I have owned that album once on vinyl, twice on cassette, and twice on CD. I love that album, but I refuse to pay for it again and again.
That is just one topic. I see the progression over the intellectual property,  I want to see artist make a living, not some douche in a suit make millions.
Instead of progessing with the times and taking steps into new directions as did Radiohead, the big corporate world is at a stand still and wants to go after everyone with legal shit.

Immerse yourself in the energetic, innovative and potentially illegal world of mash-up media with RiP: A Remix Manifesto. Let web activist Brett Gaylor and musician Greg Gillis, better known as Girl Talk, serve as your digital tour guides on a probing investigation into how culture builds upon culture in the information age.
Biomedical engineer turned live-performance sensation Girl Talk, has received immense commercial and critical success for his mind-blowing sample-based music. Utilizing technical expertise and a ferocious creative streak, Girl Talk repositions popular music to create a wild and edgy dialogue between artists from all genres and eras. But are his practices legal? Do his methods of frenetic appropriation embrace collaboration in its purest sense? Or are they infractions of creative integrity and violations of copyright?

Living Without Laws: Slab City, USA

As much as i would like to live in such a place, I get frustrated with people sometimes. I am too much of a loan wolf and like my convenience.

Nike Sweatshops: Behind the Swoosh

I have never been a Nike fan, at all... I have owned 2 pairs in my life, back in the 80s.
The thing was, grandmothers were rocking Nikes... screw that. I was a fan of Adidas, and I am sure they pull some shady shit also.
Nike on the other hand is the worlds biggest shoe company... maybe this will make you think twice before you drop some cash on the shoes.

DJ Shadow: Inside The Shadowsphere

1st off, if you do not own a copy of DJ Shadows "Endtroducing" and you love music... you could be retarded.
When I use to spin I was always as they say "diggin in the creates" spending hours on end driving my bike to music shops and stocking up on records and CDs. I had no idea who DJ shadow was, grabbed the CD and was a fan the 1st time I listened to it.
The man makes music that is extremely bad ass and flips the whole thing and makes music that is absolutely beautiful.

we are also seperated at birth...
dun dun DUUUUUUNNNNN!

Copyright Criminals the documentary in full...

My 2 bits... I started listening Hip hop in 84 and majority of the music I listened to was sampled. Hip hop back then was not quite a house hold name and the hip hop music section in the record store was small. It was not until it was a commercial sucecess when people started to notice and say "HEY... THATS MY SONG, ONLY LOOPED!"
If you have someone play guitar on your album the guy gets paid. So you sampled his guitar and looped it... I think the guy is owned money. Unless you take it, tweek it, chop it up and it becomes something different... naw you should not have to pay.
All if this has taken the fun out of music... I see the point each side makes. I am more partial towards sampling, but dont rip the shit off.
