Why not just say if you dress like a thug you deserved to be shot up with bullets.
I will admit, proactive clothing on women will catch my eye more then some girl in a ankle length frumpy skirt and a shitty shirt... but it does not give me the right, nor would I even think of attacking a woman. I am attracted to Asian girls with Tats... if I see a asian girl with tats the last thing on my mind is rape.
