As a child of the 70s and 80s television was far more superior and fun to watch. One show I watched a lot of was the game show THE FAMILY FEUD. Besides being entertaining and having me screaming at contestants, the host Richard Dawson made me laugh. Even to this day by watching youtube clips with all the bloopers and memorable moments I still laugh like I did 30 something years ago.
I posted a picture of Mr. Dawson on my Tumblr a few months back and someone had received the news via Richards sons facebook pageand informed me about the loss.
I was able to send a message this morning to his son and gave my condolences.
RIP MR. DAWSON.
